Vegetable Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and tomato, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the vegetables.
  5. Let it cook until the eggs begin to set, then add the cheese if desired.
  6. Gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until fully done.
  7. Serve hot with toast or fresh vegetables.

You can add olives, mushrooms, or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
