Vegetable Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and tomato, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the vegetables.
- Let it cook until the eggs begin to set, then add the cheese if desired.
- Gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until fully done.
- Serve hot with toast or fresh vegetables.

You can add olives, mushrooms, or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
