Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice
- 500 grams chopped chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 4 cups water or broth
Instructions:
- Wash the rice and soak it for 15 minutes.
- In a pot, heat the oil and add the onion. Cook until soft.
- Add the chicken and stir until it changes color.
- Add the carrot, peas, and bell pepper.
- Add the salt, black pepper, turmeric, and chicken seasoning.
- Add the rice, then pour in the water or broth.
- Let it boil, then reduce the heat and cover the pot for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
