turkish.paratah Recipe Ingredients

  • Oregano1tsp
  • Black pepper1tsp
  • Turmeric½ tsp
  • Tara garam masala1tsp
  • Red chili powder½ tsp
  • Chicken mince500 grams
  • Medium sized onion2
  • Garlic2tsp
  • Ghee /oil½ cup
  • Lemon juice2tbsp
  • Salt1tsp
  • Parsley¼ cup

Recipe Method

  1. Mix a500 grams of minced chicken, 2 medium sized onion and 2tsp garlic in food processor.
  2. Then add 1tsp salt, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup parsley, 1tsp oregano, 1tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric and ½ tsp red chili powder.
  3. Make the shape of kababs with help of pencil and allow frying
  4. Delicious Turkish kababs are ready to serve
