Shizwan-Fried-Fish Recipe Ingredients

  • Fish fillet½ kg
  • Egg1
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Corn flour2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Fresh red chilies chopped3
  • Capsicum chopped1
  • Chili powder1 tsp
  • Chinese salt½ tsp
  • Worchester sauce2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Oilfor fry

Recipe Method

  1. Cut ½ kg fish fillets into small cubes, marinate with salt to taste, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp garlic paste.
  2. Also add in finely chopped capsicum and chopped fresh red chilies.
  3. Then add 1 egg and mix well.
  4. Also add in 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce and mix well.
  5. Now deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove from oil, serve hot.
