Schezwan Fried Fish
- Cut ½ kg fish fillets into small cubes, marinate with salt to taste, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp garlic paste.
- Also add in finely chopped capsicum and chopped fresh red chilies.
- Then add 1 egg and mix well.
- Also add in 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce and mix well.
- Now deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oil, serve hot.
