Recipe Ingredients

  • Fish200 gm
  • Garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Spring onion1
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Green olives6 – 7
  • Flour½ cup
  • Mayonnaise½ cup
  • Black pepper¼ tsp
  • White pepper¼ tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Oil¼ cup

Recipe Method

  1. In a bowl, marinate 200 gm fish pieces with 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice and a little salt.
  2. Also add in ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ tsp black pepper and ¼ tsp white pepper. Mix very well.
  3. Lastly coat each piece with ½ cup dry flour and shallow fry till golden brown.
  4. Then add in chopped tomatoes, 6 – 7 chopped olives and 1 chopped onion. Mix well and dish it out. Serve hot.
