Mutton Stew by Shireen Anwar from Masala Mornings. This mouth-watering “Main Course” recipe for Mutton Stew can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 to 4 cups
  • Baby Potatoes 10 to 12
  • Carrot 2 cut in cubes
  • Peas ½ cup
  • Baby onions 10 to 12
  • Flour 3 tbsp heaped mixed with 1 cup milk
  • Butter 2 ounce

Recipe Method

  1. Boil mutton with whole mix spices, salt, white pepper, vinegar and soya sauce and 4 cups water till nearly done and 2 cups stock left, add to it baby potatoes, carrots, cook till nearly done, then add in flour and milk paste, butter, peas, baby onions, simmer on low flame for 15 minutes, serve with boiled rice or dinner roll.
