Recipe Ingredients

  • Capsicum4
  • onion3
  • carrots  (sliced)2
  • cabbage cubes1/2
  • fresh red chilies                8
  • chili garlic sauce1/2 cup
  • tomato ketchup               1 cup
  • honey2 tbsp
  • brown sugar2 tbsp
  • saltto taste
  • crushed black pepper1 tsp
  • garlic chopped   6 cloves
  • soya sauce1 tbsp
  • white vinegar1 tbsp
  • oil2-3 tbsp

Recipe Method

  1. In a pan take 2 tbsp oil, heat it and add in 6 chopped garlic cloves till it is golden brown.
  2. Then add in 4 chopped capsicum cubes, 3 onion, cabbage, red chilies and carrots along with some salt.
  3. Stir fry them. Add in chili garlic sauc, 1 cup tomato ketchup 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, some salt, soya sauce, white vinegar and cook it for 5 minute.
  4. Serve hot
