GrillPork Pineapple Pork Chops: Healthy Eating
There are numerous ways to cook pork chops the healthy way. Grilling is one option that works very well. You can also add in wonderful flavors that will be absorbed by the meat. I for one love Pineapple Pork Chops.
Lucky for me, they are extremely easy to make. For this recipe you need:
1 cup of crush pineapple
2 cups of fresh pineapple juice
6 medium pork chops
2 Vidalia Onions
1 Teaspoon of Black pepper
2 Tablespoons of Season Salt
Soak the pork chops for 2 hours in the fresh pineapple juice. Then, place the pork chops on the hot grill. Add crushed pineapple on top. While the pork chops are cooking, cut and sautéed the Vidalia onions. Shake black pepper and Season Salt on both sides of the pork chops and place the sautéed onions on top.
This makes for a flavorful and healthy meal!!!
