Recipe Ingredients

  • Jumbo prawns300 gm
  • Mayonnaise½ cup
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped3 – 4
  • Garlic paste2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder¼ tsp
  • White pepper powder¼ tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Oil2 tbsp

Recipe Method

  1. Wash 300 gm prawns and cut into book form.
  2. In a bowl mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp garlic paste, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp white pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Marinate prawns with the batter, now cook in a grill pan till golden brown.
  4. Dish it out and serve hot.
