Recipe Ingredients

  • Kidney Beans1 tin
  • Soya beans1 tin
  • Sweet corn1 tin
  • Bean Sprouts250 gm
  • Split yellow lentil1 cup
  • Red chili flakes1 tsp
  • White vinegarĀ½ cup
  • Chili sauce1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper1 tsp
  • Lemon juice3 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Brown sugar2 tbsp
  • Salad leavesas required

Recipe Method

  1. Wash and soak split yellow lentil overnight.
  2. In a large bowl, take 1 tin kidney beans, 1 tin soya beans and yellow split lentil.
  3. Add in red chili flakes, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chili sauce, some salt and 250 gm bean sprouts.
  4. Layer the salad leaves and add in salad. Serve it.
