Recipe Ingredients

  • Pita bread1
  • Cucumber1
  • Tomato2
  • Spring onion2
  • Mint leaves¼ bunch
  • Coriander leaves¼ bunch
  • Parsley chopped¼ bunch
  • Olive oil¼ cup
  • Ice berghalf
  • Garlic paste1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice3 tbsp
  • Saltto taste

Recipe Method

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables, toast each pita bread with a little oil until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl mix together 1 tsp garlic paste, 3 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste and ¼ cup of olive oil.
  3. Pour this dressing on top of vegetable mixture.
  4. Garnish with pita bread wedges, serve chilled.
