Crunchy-Prawn Recipe Ingredients

Prawns 300 gm

Corn flakes 1 cup

Egg 1

Flour 2 tbsp

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder ¼ tsp

White pepper powder ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Oil for fry

Recipe Method

  1.  Mark cut in centre of each prawn and open into book form.
  2. Now put prawns in a bowl with 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp white pepper and salt to taste, mix well and keep aside.
  3. Then add 2 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp flour. Mix very well.
  4. Coarsely crush 1 cup of corn flakes, coat each prawn with crushed corn flakes, press very well to make thick coating on each prawn.
  5. Lastly shallow fry the prawns till crispy and golden brown. Remove from oil and serve.
