Crispy Fried Chicken
Crispy Fried Chicken can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.
1 Chicken(with skin)
for frying Oil
as required Salt
1 tbsp Red chili powder
2 cups special broast masala
as required Salt.
Ingredients for special broast masala
All purpose flour 2cups
Rice flour 1/2cup
Corn flour 1/2cup
Garlic powder 2tbsp
White pepper powder 4tbsp
Chinese salt 2tbsp
Method for special broast masala
Sieve the all purpose flour,rice flour, and cornflour. Blend together the all purpose flour, rice flour, cornflour,chicken powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder, Chinese salt and salt.
Method for Making Crispy Fried Chicken
In a mixing bowl mix together the vinegar, red chili powder and salt. Cut the chicken carefully and marinate it with the above mixture for half an hour.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg sprinkle broast masala and deep fry.
