- Beetroot 1 boiled and grated

- Green chilies 2 chopped

- Beat yogurt and mix with Beetroot 1 boiled and grated, Salt ½ tsp heaped, Chili powder ½ tsp heaped, Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped, Green chilies 2 chopped, Chat masala ½ tsp, Serve chilled with biryani.
